From there, we identify where an agent can take over, what success would look like in numbers, and what it would take to ship in 4-8 weeks. You leave that conversation with a clear scope and a defined ROI target, not a sales pitch.

Week one: we get access to the systems the agent will work with and finalize the success metrics. Weeks two and three: we build and deploy a working agent against real data, not a demo environment. Week four: it's running in production and the ROI dashboard is live. Most clients see measurable results before the 30 days are up.

You do. Every engagement ends with you owning the agent, the infrastructure, and the documentation. We build on your accounts, in your environment, with your team having full access throughout. There's no platform lock-in, no licensing fees after handover, and no scenario where you can't operate what we built without us.

Wherever your data lives. We deploy in your cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-prem, or as a managed service we run for you. For regulated industries and customers with data residency requirements, on-prem and customer-cloud deployments are standard. We don't require routing your data through our systems.

We integrate with your team, we don't replace them. Your engineers stay in the loop on architecture decisions, get full access to the codebase from day one, and we hand over with documentation and a walkthrough. The goal is that your team can operate, modify, and extend what we built — not depend on us forever.

Before we start, we agree on specific, measurable success metrics — for example, tickets handled per week, hours saved on document review, accuracy thresholds. You get a live dashboard tracking them from day one. If we don't hit those metrics within 30 days of production launch, you don't pay for that engagement. The criteria are written into the SOW so there's no ambiguity later.

Agents run inside your environment using your access controls. We work against your systems with scoped credentials, not data exports. No customer data sits on our infrastructure unless you specifically ask us to host it. For regulated environments, we can work entirely within your VPC.

Most engagements are scoped in two-to-four-week increments rather than as one big project. If priorities change, we re-scope at the next checkpoint. You're not locked into a six-month plan that no longer matches your business.
